J’s first mountain bike race of the season turned out to be great as he finished on top of the podium at the end of the day. We won’t mention how many people where in his division(hehe). He did the 2.5mile time trail at Land between the Lakes in Kentucky. It had been raining the day before and the day of so even though he doesn’t look it as he came across the finish line he was covered and mud and had a flat tire. Way to go J!!
CMT Music Awards 2008!!!! Our first thing “country” since moving to Nashville, TN. We went with Joscelyn’s sister, Birttany who was the photgrapher behind the pictures. We couldn’t bring the camera in to the show but Brittany did get some great shots of the purple carpet event(why it was not red we do not know) as the stars got out of their cars. Taylor Swift, Bucky Covington, Rascal Flats, Keith Urban with Nicole Kidman, and Little Big Town where just a few that Brittany got some good shots of as J lifted her up above the crowd. The show was great and filled with star performances like Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. You can say they saw all those performances on one night and at one place. Our cheap tickets were well worth it!!
